To send us your scanner/printer in for repair, please fill out the below information completely (name, address, email and phone number) and the automated system will generate an RMA number just for you. This helps us to track your order throughout the repair process. Once a number has been issued, please write the RMA number on the outside of the box when you ship the product to us. We will evaluate your product and tell you the cost for repair via phone or email. No repair work will be performed without your explicit approval.
